Co-payments are collected at the time of service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, please call 24 hours prior to your appointment time to notify us of your cancellation so that another patient may be seen instead. ENT & Allergy Specialists reserves the right to bill patients for missed appointments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n If you are a new patient or have not been seen at one of our offices within a 12- month period please arrive 15 minutes early to fill out \/update your paperwork. Or, you may print out your paperwork and complete it before your visit. You may also complete your paperwork online.<\/p>\n\n\n\n ENT & Allergy Specialists reserves the right to charge a fee for missed appointments, completing forms such as FMLA, or for failing to remit copayments at the time of service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Our financial policy is available for download and review.<\/p>\n\n\n\n At the present time ENT & Allergy Specialists accepts all major health insurance providers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Because the Center for Surgical Care specializes in outpatient surgery, the cost of surgery is significantly less than in other facilities. Most of the surgeries at the Center are fully covered by insurance, however when surgery is performed solely for cosmetic purposes, medical insurance may not pay for the procedure or facility fee.
